Character design for AI video
I design characters using ChatGPT image generation and develop visual references for my video work. Two of the characters shown here have already appeared in published videos.

Characters used in published videos
The woman in the yellow polo shirt and the man with a graying beard are part of my published video work. Full-body and facial references help define their appearance across shots.
Visual development
Additional studies explore character identity through a reference sheet, a frontal view, a profile and a facial detail. These are design studies; their use in published videos is not part of this case.
From the still image to the video
I use the visual references as part of a wider process involving product research, creative concept, script, storyboard, scene direction and editing. My AI video workflows use Google Flow.
- Research the product or service and define the creative concept.
- Develop the script, storyboard and technical prompts.
- Direct avatars and generate images and video while preserving characters, products, wardrobe and locations.
- Adapt the composition to vertical 9:16 and complete the final edit.
